Shoping + Sushi-Making Day!!

On the 16th of October 2009, the pretty and young mom of my cute little baby cousin, Jhih Hsuen whom is also my aunt, decided to make sushi!! She took leave or work from home (either one) and we went out to Jusco Bkt Raja to get some ingredients for the sushi and also Jhih Hsuen's new pacifier! Well, he is growing after all and it is time for him to change his old pacifier which he has been using for 6 months+++. lol I chose the cutest one for him! One with stars around it and the handle can even glow in the dark! How cute! >.<

Anyway, the usually miser-me has gone into hiding somewhere for today and thus, it brings out the spendthrift-me to replace the empty spot!!! You guys could probably guess what has happened today...yes yes yes.. I WENT SHOPPING FOR CLOTHING AGAIN!! TT_TT  I wanted to start saving (again) in case I am going Singapore this year end but today,  I spent the savings I saved last few weeks all in one shot! What could I do? There was sales and no girls can resist NOT checking out what the sales has to offer. lol Anyway, there was 70% discount for almost all the stuffs so I am actually paying less for the quality I get. This is called cost effectiveness. haha. Whatever, I will start saving again when i get back to Nilai. It is the best place for me to save as the place is just a mere jungle with no entertainment, no great foods and nothing interesting to spend on. =.=

When we got home, we started cutting the Japanese cucumber, carrots, hot dogs (yes, on my request..lol), avocado and potato. Then we make the glutinous rice using the powder pack we bought from Jusco by mixing the powder with the cooked rice. The process is very easy actually.. just do all the preparation work and then start rolling the sushi using the wooden-stick-stuffs to flatten and shape them into round/square/rectangular shapes as you wish! Tada! Everything is done! Just add a little wasabi to the soy sauce and you can start eating your home-made sushi while dipping into the sauce for more flavouring!

In the end, we have all forgotten to take some pictures as we were all too hungry and began savouring every single piece of sushi made even before they were put out nicely on the plates...lol That's all for today, time to do a little drama-watching~ Adios! ;)

Note to myself: SAVE MONEY!!!
